About Salerno Earthworks
Owner-operated since 2001. One machine became forty. Forty became standard.
Our Story
Salerno Earthworks began in 2001 with one machine, one operator, and one working principle: land can be corrected.
Since then, the company has expanded from a single local excavation outfit into a 40+ machine operation with the capacity to shape residential developments, commercial sites, civil works, drainage systems, and difficult ground that does not yield easily.
We remain owner-operated. Tony Salerno is still directly involved in the work, on-site, on-call, or otherwise present wherever the terrain matters most. That continuity is not branding. It is enforcement of standard.
Our crews bring years of field experience across grading, excavation, demolition, site preparation, and earthworks logistics. We do not subcontract responsibility. We assign it, observe it, and see it through.
Clients hire Salerno Earthworks because the job is difficult, the conditions are unstable, or the site has already resisted softer methods. We are built for that kind of ground.

How We Work
These aren't slogans β they're the standards we hold every operator to, every day.
On Time, Every Time
We show up when we say we will. Your project schedule is our schedule. Downtime costs everyone money β we don't cause it.
Clean Communication
You'll know what's happening on your site without having to chase us. Daily updates, no jargon, no surprises on the invoice.
Precision Matters
GPS-guided equipment on every major job. We grade to spec, not "close enough." The foundation stage is no place for guesswork.
